PCBS was awarded third place for Best Year-On-Year Growth at the Bryte Partnership Awards Dinner, which took place at Joburg’s Vivari Hotel & Spa on 20 February 2025. The PCBS management team was among 81 guests at this annual event celebrating Bryte’s partner companies’ outstanding achievements.
Bryte designed this year’s event not only to recognise their UMAs’ impressive efforts but also to encourage collaboration between industry players. Colleagues from different companies networked and shared success stories in between applause for the award winners, mouthfuls of pan-fried sea bass and beef fillet, and moves on the dancefloor.
Reflecting on success
The honour of being named one of the fastest-growing companies in Bryte’s carefully selected network of underwriting management agencies (UMAs) follows strategic business model adaptions that helped PCBS align with the construction industry’s evolving needs.
Speaking on the award’s significance to the company, PCBS’s Director, Lukas Marquart, says it reflects the team’s commitment to continuous improvement, innovation and prioritising clients’ needs – and shows that their approach is working. “This recognition validates our hard work and ability to pivot and grow in a challenging market,” he says. “It’s an acknowledgment of the vision and strategy that’s been driving us forward.”
